Nestled in this box are our two Irish breads. They are very different looking and tasting but clearly from the same family.Our Irish Soda Bread is a very traditional, dense, cake like bread made without yeast and loaded with raisins, eggs, buttermilk and faint caraway seed highlights.Irish Sweet Bread is a yeast raised, round bread, light as a cloud and stuffed with raisins. It can be frozen, but is seldom around long enough to make that journey.
