Topping our candy collection are our Torrone nougat bars. These soft nougats of whipped honey are available in both an almond-pistachio or a chocolate hazelnut version and both are then folded into an edible wafer. Both of our torrone hail from the ancient city of L’Aquila in the heart of the Abruzzi region of Italy. Our traditional almond-pistachio was a SOFI ™ award nominee from The Specialty Food Association. They are imported directly by our family from the heart of our native Abruzzi, where soft torrone originated.
