Our strawberry and raspberrypreserves are made from whole fruit and cane sugar is exclusively used in their manufacture. Our orange marmalade is second to none! Made in small batches, from freshCalifornia Valencia oranges-- not canned peel. We use only pure cane sugar and never use corn syrup.
Our unfiltered clover honey is harvested from the shores of the Finger Lake region of New York State, as is our comb honey (honey in its purest form). Creamed honey is a pure-honey product that is spreadable, creamy, and mild-flavored with a butter-like texture. In essence, creamed honey is crystallized honey. It is through a precisely controlled process of heat, straining and whipping that its remarkable and practical texture is created. It was first developed in central New York by Professor Elton Dyce of Cornell University. Our creamed honey traces its source honey to: Clove, Goldenrod and Purple Aster. All are harvested in central and western New York, very close to the original honey sources that Professor Dyce first used.
