This is entirely different dough from our Scaletta bread and contains cracked-wheat flour, oats, sunflower seeds, millet, flax seed, sesame seeds, and yellow, de-germinated corn-meal. This is a wonderfully hearty whole grain sandwich bread, not heavy yet extremely satisfying and loaded with healthful nutrients. These multi grain round breads are covered in sesame seeds and have great keeping qualities and toast up to perfection.
