This common hybrid marries two worlds (Italian & Polish) for those with dual citizenship. We have combined something of both cultures.

Our all butter Polish Placek bread has been an all season constant in our line for over 30 years. This rich all butter, cake like bread is studded with white raisins and covered in a butter crumb topping. (17 oz.)

Scaletta Italian Curly bread is the cornerstone of the Di Camillo Bakery, a combination of Sicilian and Abruzzi bread traditions. Each loaf is hand rolled, curled, split, and then slowly baked directly on the oven hearth. The result is a rich, thick crust and a complex fiber-like texture. This is authentic artisan bread production that has remained essentially unchanged for over 100 years. Made by hand in a four-hour process with no sugar, shortening or preservatives this classic bread is the essence of time-honored slow food preparation. (14 oz.)
