This common hybrid marries two worlds (Polish & Irish) for those with dual citizenship. We have combined something of both cultures.

Our Irish Soda Bread is a very traditional, dense, cake like bread made without yeast and loaded with raisins, eggs, buttermilk and faint caraway seed highlights. Hand-formed, this Irish bread with raisins and caraway seeds is 7 hours in the making and made without sugar or shortening, a true artisan bread. (17 oz.)

Our all butter Polish Placek bread has been an all season constant in our line for over 30 years. This rich all butter, cake like bread is studded with white raisins and covered in a butter crumb topping. (17 oz.)
