Our bomboloni are, as tradition requires, a round, yeast-based donut-- without a hole in the middle. These rich, light donuts are first proofed, then fried. When they have cooled, our Bomboloni are filled to bursting with a tart, seeded raspberry jam and covered in powdered sugar.
