Handling time:
Di Camillo Bakery is located in Niagara Falls, NY and our shipping department is open Monday thru Friday. Federal holidays are excluded. All in-stock items should be shipped within 2 business days but handling time can vary throughout the year in accordance with order volumes and product availability. Choosing an expedited shipping service does not expedite the handling time.
Shipping services:
Standard Shipping – A ground service option such as UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. This service is not guaranteed and is not available for perishable products.
Expedited Shipping – An air service such as UPS 2nd day or Fed Ex 2nd day. Only exception to these carriers is any delivery within 200 miles of Niagara Falls NY where it may be quicker to use a ground service or a local carrier service. This service is guaranteed.
Standard Overnight – An exclusive air service such as Fed Ex Standard Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. This service is guaranteed.
Shipping charges:
Shipping rate per service is individually determined based on the ship to address and the products you choose to purchase. Once you add the proper shipping address in the checkout, the appropriate shipping rate will appear.
Perishable items:
All Perishable products are required to travel via either expedited or overnight shipping services. These products ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only to avoid potential shipping delays on the weekends.
Perishable products include but are not limited to: Italian Bread, Pizza Bread, Placek, Kummelweck Rolls, Tea Biscuits, Scones, Focaccia bread, Sausage Rolls, Hard Rolls, Homestyle bread, Whole Wheat bread, Donuts, Rum/Bourbon Cakes.
Free shipping on orders over $199.99:
Free standard shipping (within the continental United States only) is available on applicable orders that subtotal at or above $199.99. Perishable products are excluded from Free shipping.
We currently do not ship Internationally. Additional shipping charges may apply to shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

Product pricing and shipping prices are subject to change without notice. All orders shipped within New York State are subject to 8% New York State Sales tax.
